What is Beautycon?
Beautycon is the most revered beauty event in the world. Attendees will experience live interviews, insightful panel discussions, and unfiltered talk from your favorite voices in beauty. Explore interactive installations, capture stunning content, and snag exclusive global products and coveted goodies from your favorite brands. At Beautycon 2024, the future of beauty is your playground.

Why did you lower the ticket price for General Admission?
We’re excited to share that we’ve expanded our programming to two stages and opened up more spots, making room for even more of our community to join us. We’ve worked hard to find savings in this expanded space, and are passing these savings on to you, offering a more accessible price point by dropping ticket prices where possible, and issuing refunds on tickets already purchased at the higher price point. We look forward to making this experience more accessible to all. Please note that VIP ticket prices remain the same.

If I purchased my Beautycon ticket at the original price, when should I expect my refund?
Please allow 14 business days- or until Monday, November 4th – to see this refund reflected on your bank statement. This will happen automatically if you purchased a GA ticket before 10/16. If you have not seen it by then, please reach out to info@beautycon.com.

If I can’t attend anymore, can I return my ticket or give it to someone else?
All Beautycon tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. One person will be admitted per ticket. Beautycon may deny access to persons we reasonably suspect to be holding a resold, unauthorized, or counterfeit ticket. Exchanges and upgrades are not permitted.

How do I find my tickets?
You will be able to access your tickets via the confirmation email that is automatically sent to your inbox, post purchase. Here, you will be able to click the GET YOUR PASS HERE link to show your barcode to be scanned at the door. You also have the ability to download a PDF of your ticketing pass, which will contain your QR barcode, that can be scanned at the door.

If you are a VIP ticket holder, you will be given a wrist band upon check in.

What if my ticket is lost?
You should treat your confirmation email as you would any other valuable or cash. Do not lose it! Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the event. You will be able to re-download a PDF of your ticketing pass, if necessary, which will contain your QR barcode, that can be scanned at the door.

Where will Beautycon take place this year?
Beautycon 2024 takes place at 10730 W Pico Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90064 near the intersection of Pico and Overland.

When do doors open and close?
Programming from 10am – 6pm P.T. VIP ticket holders will have early access beginning at 9am. We encourage you to arrive early to avoid delays and help speed the entry of all guests.

Is there an age requirement to attend Beautycon?
Beautycon is a vibrant event open to beauty enthusiasts of all backgrounds. However, to ensure the best experience for everyone, please note that:

• If you’re under 13, you must be accompanied by an adult (18 years or older), and purchase your ticket on your behalf.
• Guests 5 years of age and under do not require a ticket to attend.
• Guests should bring their IDs. While VIP is open to all, there will be a bar inside and guests will be required to show IDs.

Is re-entry allowed?
No, re-entry will not be allowed. Once a guest leaves the venue they are not able to come back in.

Will there be photography and videography taking place in the venue?
Yes. By attending Beautycon, you grant Beautycon and Refinery29 the right to videotape and photograph you and exhibit and use your appearance in any and all media in perpetuity.

Will there be food and beverages served at Beautycon?
Yes, food and beverage concessionaires will be open and available on-site for purchase. You are able to bring refillable water bottles into the event.

Is there parking at the venue?
Parking will be available for a daily fee. The parking garage closest to the venue is located at the cross street of West End Avenue and Pico.

What can I bring to Beautycon?
There will be a limit of one bag per guest admitted onto into the event. All bags will be searched upon entry and are subject to search at any time. There are no bag storage facilities at the event.

The following items are prohibited and MAY NOT be brought onto the premises:

• Hard coolers or like containers
• Strollers are allowed. Please be mindful of where you park or store them if leaving them to walk around with your child.
• Sealed packages of any kind
• No outside food or drinks will be allowed
• Aerosol cans or noise-making devices
• Alcohol
• Computers or laptops
• Weapons (regardless of permit)
• Animals (Exception: service animals)
• Flags, banners or signs
• Any materials, items or apparel constituting unauthorized advertising or promotion
• Laser pointing devices
• Drones (UAS-Unmanned Aircraft Systems) or other model aircraft
• Any other items deemed dangerous or inappropriate by the security personnel, in their sole discretion

Will I get access to product samples at Beautycon?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to collect product samples throughout Beautycon.

I can no longer make the event. Can I still receive brand samples?
You must be present at or on your ticketed event to claim samples.

Is Beautycon ADA compliant?
Yes we are an ADA compliant event.

Can I be excluded from Beautycon?
We want to give everyone the best event experience, so we reserve the right to ask any event attendee to leave if they represent a danger to themselves or others, are not following event rules, or are behaving in a way that we reasonably believe to be offensive or inappropriate.
