The Pittsburgh Steelers and Green Bay Packers let their hair down last night in the Super Bowl XLV. Whether you’re a Packers or a Steelers fan, Super Bowl XLV was a big night and textured tresses were on display. Epic hair stars like Troy Polamalu and Slash put on terrific curly hair performances last night. Below we highlight some of our favorite curls from last night.
Fergie, of the Black Eyed Peas, rocked some long wavy locks at the half-time show. This is her signature look and a favorite in Hollywood these days. Even though her waves are not natural we were excited to see her rocking texture over straight locks.
Troy Polamalu had his famous curls out for all to see. We thought Troy’s curls looked a little dry, so we would recommend his 3C curls get some extra moisture with an intense deep condition. Troy had his curls out, but despite his superstition, the Steelers didn’t pull a win.
Usher also dropped out of the scoreboard and on stage for a quick rendition of his hit OMG song. Usher rocked a modern TWA last night on his 4B hair.
The Black Eyed Peas and back up dancers with were rocking some serious texture! Two back up dancers rocked freshly cut platinum TWAs, so modern and so chic! Another back up dancer rocked luscious dark 3C curls that bounced with her every move.
With just about every NFL roster featuring beards and long hair including dreadlocks, curls and braids, hair will definitely be a subject in next year’s super bowl. Excited to see the texture next year!
